How much are your services?
Prices for our wedding cinematography services start at $2000. Couples who work with us typically spend $4500 for a wedding that usually includes a documentary film, drone footage, social media versions of the film, and more.
I only need you for a few hours. Can we customize your packages to be less?
We would be happy to consider designing a custom package for you, but experience has proven to us that 8+ hours of coverage on your wedding day is what best allows us to capture everything needed in order to have a memorable, high quality wedding film! Reducing the number of hours means we can’t capture as many family moments, bridal/groom party prep shots, and other images of everything you’ve worked hard to create for your special day. This also limits us to only one location.
Are there any other fees not included in the cost?
The prices you’ll see on your proposal and/or invoice include everything (service rates, taxes and fees, etc.), and while there are some things that may shift in the process, the prices stated are firm and in total. One example of a shift is travel fees (for which we provide receipts for reimbursement). Another is if a guest or table count increases and we need to account for that. Things like this may affect the final pricing, but in our experience, this happens almost never.
What is your turnaround time?
Our turnaround times vary depending on the time of year. May to November months are typically much busier, and as a result, turnaround times are a bit longer. Generally speaking though, we always make sure that each individual couple gets their video when they need it. The average turnaround time for us ranges anywhere from 3 to 12 weeks. We never rush a wedding film edit as they are far too important to churn out assembly line-style, but we also give our couples the freedom to let us know when they’d love to have it so that everyone is happy.
If there's a problem with the finished video, can you fix it AFTER delivery?
Of course! Problems like this are rare, as we always provide multiple draft reviews all throughout the editing process, but could include a misspelled name, a glitch in the video file, etc. Whatever the case may be, we’re happy to fix any uncaught errors!
How do you deliver the video?
We deliver all videos via a free online download from Google Drive, WeTransfer, or Dropbox as MP4 files. You can take those MP4 files and do whatever you wish with them, including copying them to your own thumb drives or burning your own DVD. We also offer DVD, thumb drive and SSD drive a-la-carte options. We do not provide Blu-Rays as an option for delivery at this time.
